After I obtain your information, I'll call your insurance company and confirm with you about any copayments & coinsurance prior to our first session.

If you have a different insurance plan and/or would like to optimize your confidentiality and privacy, I offer an out-of-network option:

If using this insurance benefit, you will be responsible for the session fee at the time of service and I will provide you a receipt to submit to your insurance company so you can be reimbursed.

Please call your insurance company to ensure you have this benefit on your plan and to inquire about your reimbursement amount for an out-of-network provider.

I am in network with United Healthcare and Aetna insurance plans.

Private Pay Fees:

175 | individual

250 | couples + family

Discernment Counseling:

400 | initial 2 hour session

and 40 minute intake phone call

350 | each subsequent 1.5 hour session

I accept checks, cash, HSA accounts, and I use IvyPay for credit card payments, which is HIPPA compliant.

Good Faith estimate Notice:

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate"  explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.  You can ask me for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.  If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.  Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.  For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, please visit:
